d’n Bogerd has the disposal over a theater room (Rabobankzaal) which can be furnished in different ways. The theater room is equipped with a tribune with a maximum capacity of 240 guests. Once the tribune is removed from the room (which is a possibility) there will be space for a maximum of 500 guests, comfortably seated. The room is provided with all thinkable facilities including a projector and a presentation screen of 4 by 4 meter for your presentation and supporting images. You may want to use the available computer and video equipment and our skilled technicians.

d’n Bogerd has eight different meeting rooms which can be used independent from each other. Every room can be furnished by your wishes.
We would like to consider every possibility with you.
We can actively support using audiovisual equipment such as cameras, DVD and video equipment. Every room is provided with sound and presentation possibilities.

We have good facilities we can provide to our guests like copying, faxing and printing, from black/white until color, also on large formats. You can also use wireless internet in all rooms. If you like we can make sure you have a secure internet connection which will be exclusive to your disposal.
We have two modern equipped computer rooms available for a maximum of 22 persons per room.
If desired we can support the organization of your meetings, for example by compiling a plan of action, taking care of invitations and PR and such. This would happen in close consultation and according to your wishes.

Your guests can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea at the foyer, but can also use some of the other catering possibilities.
So we can provide both a simple as a luxurious lunch. Also the possibility exists to get a hot or cold buffet. An extensive and surprising culinary meal is also one of the many possibilities.
Furthermore we can make reservations for your stay in the neighborhood of our accommodation, we even could organize the transfers for you and your guests.

d’n Bogerd is very accessible for disabled guests. The floors are reachable by elevator. For our disabled guests we have specially equiped bathrooms.

We are very expierenced in receiving large groups of guests, and we will use our experience to be of your service. Together with you we will deploy more than 100% to make your meeting a success.
